AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting Online Press Registration

The American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF) would like to invite members of the press to register for the 2008 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in Chicago, IL. The AAO-HNS Communications Unit will operate a newsroom for credentialed members of the media to facilitate comprehensive coverage of the meeting’s proceedings. We invite you to join us at McCormick Place from September 21-24, 2008.

The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO newsroom will feature the following:

• On-site registration for the media
• Working space for the media – designated work space will include computer access, telephones, and copying ability
• AAO-HNSF press materials – press releases, advisories and media briefing information will be sent to the media in advance of the meeting

Hours of operation:

Saturday, September 20, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday-Tuesday, September 21 - 23, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday, September 24, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
